Original structural elements, including steel casement windows, have been carefully restored, preserving the building’s mid-century character. Inside, a central living-room-style lobby anchors the experience, featuring a sculptural fireplace, hand-carved detailing, and a sweeping mural that echoes the desert landscape beyond. Every surface feels considered, every material grounded in place.
