A New Address in the Heart of Mumbai

Just moments from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Roswyn enjoys a prime location in Andheri East, placing guests within easy reach of Mumbai’s business districts, cultural landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods. The hotel sits only around 500 meters from Terminal 2, while the new T2 CSMIA Metro Station makes exploring the wider city remarkably easy. Despite its urban setting, the atmosphere inside feels calm and residential, offering a welcome contrast to Mumbai’s famously energetic pace.

A New Chapter for Morgans Originals

Opened in 2026, Roswyn marks the arrival of Morgans Originals in India and introduces the brand’s distinctive lifestyle philosophy to Mumbai. The hotel was developed by Shrem Airport Hotels in collaboration with Ennismore. The concept is rooted in the idea of a sophisticated private residence, created for travelers who want more than a conventional hotel stay. Spaces are designed to encourage guests to settle in, socialize, work, dine and simply take their time.

An Art Deco Setting with Contemporary Character

Roswyn occupies an Art Deco inspired building, while its interiors take a much more expressive direction. Paris based designer Daphné Desjeux and her studio worked on the interior design, creating spaces that feel colorful, layered and distinctly individual. Deep burgundy, teal and warm neutral tones appear alongside patterned fabrics, sculptural lighting, mirrored surfaces and carefully selected artwork. The result is maximalist without feeling excessive, with each space revealing another detail. Contemporary works curated by Venu Juneja further connect the hotel to Mumbai. Photography, ceramics and portraits inspired by the city give the interiors a sense of place rather than a generic international aesthetic.

109 Suites Inspired by Private Residences

Roswyn offers 109 suites, ranging from 80 to 190 square meters. Rather than traditional hotel rooms, they have been conceived as generous residential spaces with separate living, sleeping and working areas. The Pavilion Suites offer city or pool views, while the larger Manor Suites provide additional living space. At the top of the accommodation offering, the 190 square meter Roswyn Suite features two bedrooms and expansive city views. Interiors combine rich textiles, contemporary furniture and colorful accents with practical residential details. Selected suites feature kitchenettes, home bars, refrigerators, induction cooktops and dining areas, making them particularly suited to longer stays. Bathrooms continue the refined aesthetic with bathtubs and Le Labo bath amenities, while dedicated workspaces allow guests to move effortlessly between business and leisure.

Italian Dining and Vinyl Filled Evenings

Food is an important part of the Roswyn experience. At Fi’lia, the hotel’s Italian restaurant, the atmosphere is warm and convivial, inspired by the generosity of the family table. The menu celebrates Italian comfort food, with handmade pasta, Neapolitan style pizza and recipes inspired by the country’s regional traditions. Chef Matteo Arvonio brings his own culinary heritage to the experience, with an emphasis on generous flavors and quality ingredients. For a completely different mood, Black Lacquer takes guests into the world of Japanese listening bars. Vinyl records, cocktails, sake and Japanese inspired drinks create an intimate setting designed for slow evenings and late conversations.

A New Approach to Urban Wellness

Wellness takes a contemporary turn at Roswyn with Blu Xone, a longevity focused concept designed around recovery, performance and long term wellbeing. The hotel also features a dedicated spa, a Technogym equipped fitness center and an infinity pool offering a moment of calm above the city. Treatments and therapies provide a natural counterpoint to the energy of Mumbai. For families, Tiny Town creates a dedicated space for younger guests, while services including concierge assistance, airport transfers and laundry make longer stays particularly seamless.

A New Way to Experience Mumbai

Roswyn arrives at an exciting moment for Mumbai, offering a fresh interpretation of what a luxury city hotel can be. It is colorful without being overwhelming, residential without losing its sense of occasion and deeply connected to the energy of its surroundings. From a slow breakfast to an Italian lunch, an afternoon by the pool or an evening spent listening to vinyl, Roswyn invites guests to experience Mumbai at their own rhythm.
